This Personal Chef Service is designed to encourage others to enjoy foods from natural and local selections and eat in-season fresh fruits and vegetables. By providing regular meal service on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, Chef B.J. will incorporate whole grains, beans, fresh caught fish and hormone free meats into the diet.

As a full service company, let Chef B.J. prepare and serve your next dinner party. She also offers cooking lessons for individuals and groups.

The Benefits:

We produce a quality food product made by using all natural ingredients. We use:

hormone free meats and wild caught fish when available
local and organically grown in season vegetables - herbicide and pesticide free
no processed or pre-cooked foods; no hydrogenated oil, margarine, high fructose corn syrup, MSG or other preservatives in our food.

Your meals are cooked, packaged and labeled for easy identification. Meals are labeled with simple heating instructions. They are packaged in two serving portions in a vacuum sealed package or a Versatainer package, allowing quick heating on either stove-top, microwave or oven preparation.

While meals can be frozen, we don't recommend freezing the meals that the Chef has prepared. This way you can enjoy the meal the way the chef intended...wholesome and delicious. Pricing information.
