Compliments to the ChefDear BJ, Thank you so much for your delightful meals. I am so
relieved when I walk in the house after a busy day to know a delicious,
healthy meal is waiting for me and my family. As a wife and working mother
of 3, it is difficult to be sure everyone is eating healthy throughout the
day, so when we sit down to enjoy your meals, I know they are receiving a
well balanced diet and a culinary delight. You have a wonderfil gift of
food preparation but you also have a wonderful giving spirit. I have so
many dinner favorites that can't name them all. In the morning for
breakfast I always start with your wonderful rolls (the ones with the flax
oil and freshly milled flour). Just like you suggested, I put a little
honey on it and my kids eat it up. Thank you and best wishes.
