Vegetables--best purchased fresh and from those in season
Risotto, parmesan, mushroom and raisin
Quinoa with mushrooms or roasted vegetables or quinoa salad
Zucchini and yellow squash casserole with parmesan cheese and tomatoes - (add quinoa or other grain if desired)
Roasted vegetables--tomatoes, potatoes, corn peppers (red and green), zucchini, yellow squash, onions (red and sweet), fennel, bok choy, sweet potatoes, snow peas, egg plant, broccoli, or cauliflower (choose desired)
Green beans and peas with mushrooms
Asparagus Gratin with Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese
Grilled Portobello's
Portobello Elena (tomato, EVOO, garlic and balsamic vinegar)
Vegetable Lasagna
Glazed Carrots
Wild Rice Pilaf
Twice Baked Potatoes
Garlic mashed potatoes

Whole Wheat breads and rolls--are available and are made with freshly milled wheat. Advanced notice required.
