and cubed in 1 inch chunks

celery -- coarsely chopped
2 cups
seedless green grapes -- halved 1
1/2 teaspoons dried
thyme
1 teaspoon
garlic
powder
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 cup
real
mayonnaise
-- Preparation Method
Cut the chicken into cubes, discarding any tough
tendons as you go along. Toss the chicken celery and grapes
together in large bowl. Season with thyme, garlic powder, salt
and pepper. Bind salad with mayonnaise. Use a lot to make the
salad moist and creamy. Add more mayonnaise, if
necessary. Transfer the salad to serving bowl and refrigerate at
least an hour before serving. Description:
