HONEY AND SESAME PORK TENDERLOINS This exciting recipe will tantalize your taste buds with a touch of Asian flare.
Preparation: Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and oil. Place in a zip lock bag with tenderloin. Toss to coat and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 6 hours turning occasionally. (I have marinated it over night - no problem.) Remove the tenderloin and discard the marinade. On a shallow plate, mix together honey and sugar. Roll the tenderloin in the honey mixture, coating all sides. Roll tenderloin in sesame seeds to cover meat. (Chef's note: I just drizzle the honey then pat on the sugar. Much easier and not as sticky. Also, it's like tar and feathers with the sesame seeds. Make it optional.) Place the tenderloin in the oven at 350 and cook until meat thermometer reaches 155 degrees. Rest, slice and serve. It's a double YUM YUM!!
