I have worked as a server and assistant along side Chef BJ now almost a dozen times and I continue to marvel at her commitment to fresh and healthy cooking. Whether she is preparing food for a few or a few dozen, she brings fresh, healthy, and flavorful fare to the table every time. She has provided me with the motivation to never cut corners with my own family even when schedules get tight. I have learned that high quality ingredients will always yield more flavorful and more beautiful food. It has been a joy to work with Chef BJ these past several weeks, I always walk away with new insights and simplistic methods that I can take away and begin applying to my own cooking at home. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to learn to cook and eat better for life.

As a wife and working mother of 3, it is difficult to be sure everyone is eating healthy throughout the day, so when we sit down to enjoy your meals, I know they are receiving a well balanced diet and a culinary delight. You have a wonderfil gift of food preparation but you also have a wonderful giving spirit. I have so many dinner favorites that can't name them all. In the morning for breakfast I always start with your wonderful rolls (the ones with the flax oil and freshly milled flour). Just like you suggested, I put a little honey on it and my kids eat it up.
