• Tilapia baked in parchment with vegetables - light meal with savory vegetables
• Crab or Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms - mushrooms grilled or broiled, stuffed with lobster or crab meat stuffing
• Salmon with Sherry Vinegar - wild caught marinated in sherry vinegar
• Broiled Tilapia with Parmesan - broiled tilapia covered with parmesan coating
• Crab Cakes Served with Wild Mushroom Sauce, Red Pepper Coulis or Tomato Salsa - traditional crab meat cakes with selection of sauce
• Crab Stuffed Flounder - flounder baked with crab meat stuffing
• Blackened Salmon, Flounder, Catfish, Snapper etc . - pan seared
• Shrimp Creole - mild or spicy shrimp in a tomato based sauce usually served over rice
• Shrimp Scampi with Linguine/Asparagus - shrimp sautéed in garlic butter served over linguine with asparagus
